1. What is trusted unloading?
Trusted unloading is a faster unloading method available at this facility for pre-verified suppliers. Instead of scanning every packing list (PL) inside each pallet, you scan the pallet barcode once. The system loads the pallet contents automatically from WMS and completes the unloading record on your behalf.
ℹ Trusted unloading is only available at facilities where it has been enabled by the system administrator. If you do not see the "Trusted mode" indicator on your terminal, use the standard unloading process.
2. Step-by-step procedure
2.1 Starting an unloading session
  1. 1On your handheld terminal, open the Warehouse menu and select Goods Receipt → Unload Vehicle.
  2. 2Select the inbound shipment from the list or scan the vehicle document barcode.
  3. 3The system displays the shipment summary. Verify the supplier name and expected pallet count.

2.2 Scanning pallets
  1. 4Scan the barcode label on the first pallet. The system loads pallet contents from WMS automatically.
  2. 5Review the pallet contents displayed on screen. The planned quantities are pre-filled.
  3. 6Tap Complete pallet. The pallet is marked as unloaded and can be moved to the receipt zone.
  4. 7Repeat steps 4–6 for each pallet in the shipment.

Complete pallet Report discrepancy
⚠ If the actual pallet count differs from the plan, tap Report discrepancy instead of Complete pallet. Enter the actual quantity. The system will log the discrepancy and notify your supervisor. You must still confirm to proceed.
2.3 Completing the unloading session
  1. 8After scanning all pallets, the system shows a session summary. Verify the total pallet count matches the shipment.
  2. 9Tap Finalise unloading. The system posts the Unloading document and generates stock movements automatically.
  3. 10The vehicle can now depart. Hand the shipment paperwork to the receipt zone supervisor.
ℹ The completed unloading record is available in Warehouse → Reports → Unloading log. All trusted-mode sessions are marked with the flag "Trusted unloading = Yes" for audit purposes.
