How I work
One contact.
Full accountability.
The biggest problem in UAE's service market is not lack of talent - it's accountability. I built my practice around fixing exactly that.
01
We define the problem together
We start with a discovery call - no generic intake forms, no sales pitch. I ask the questions that matter: what's broken, what's the business impact, what does success look like. This usually takes 30–60 minutes and costs nothing.
02
I propose a clear scope
Based on our conversation I put together a short proposal - what I'll do, what I'll deliver, timeline and cost. No vague retainers, no hourly billing with no ceiling. You know what you're getting before you commit.
03
I take full ownership
Once we agree - I run it. If the work requires subcontractors (designers, developers, researchers), I hire and manage them. You don't deal with them. You don't chase anyone. I'm the one accountable for the result, the timeline and the quality.
04
You stay informed, not overwhelmed
Regular updates in whatever format works for you - a quick message, a call, a structured report. If something changes or a problem comes up, you hear it from me directly - not after the fact, not buried in an email thread.
05
You get a result, not a document
Deliverables are clear, structured and usable - not 80-page reports that end up in a drawer. I make sure you understand what you received and what to do with it. If you need help implementing - I can stay involved.
My principles
One point of contact
You communicate with me. Not with a team of strangers, not with a project manager who relays messages. Me.
No ghosting. Ever.
If I take on a project, I see it through. If something goes wrong, I tell you. Disappearing on a client is not something I do.
Honest scoping
I won't take on work I can't deliver, and I won't inflate scope to bill more. If your problem is smaller than you think - I'll tell you.
Results over process
Methodology is a tool, not a religion. I use whatever approach gets you the clearest result in the shortest time.
